Research materials supplied by FONO NZ are intended for laboratory research purposes only. They are not supplied as medicines, foods, cosmetics or household products, and are not intended for human or veterinary use.

FONO NZ makes no therapeutic, disease-treatment or efficacy claims. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any medical condition.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable New Zealand laws and regulations, including import, handling and disposal requirements, and for ensuring they are qualified to handle the materials they order.

All orders are express shipped from New Zealand the next working day. Unopened, undamaged items may be returned within 14 days; temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned once shipped. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
